Our first stop was lunch in Belleville to meet friends Ken & Deb. Then off to my Mum & Dan's in Seeley's Bay. Mum and Dan have a place on the Rideau water system and it's marvelous....
Here are some pics from Seeley's Bay, at Mum & Dan's:

My Grump's military reunion at CFS Leitrim (Ottawa):
Mom & Daughter: Jody and Aunt Ollie
Grump and I
Words cannot describe the emotions I had at the reunion. Seeing my Grump and all of these amazing friends. Actually, I would not say friends, family is more the word. When you are posted at remote locations like Alert, Frobisher Bay and Gander these families unite.
I met people I have heard about for years and it was exciting to put faces to names, finally. I want to thank my Grump for allowing me to tag along.
I am back to reality now, but secretly happy to be back in my own bed! *wink*
Before I sign off for the day and get out to do my errands, I invite you to take a look at a friend's awesome website. Charles' belts rock! Literally!
Have an awesome Monday!

aww family!! What a fun time! I wish I was connected with my extended family like you are. That walking stick is amazing! I have never seen one! And the inchworm? Never seen one of those in person either. They are rad!
Adorable family!
(Still kinda flipping out that you spotted a baby walking stick!)
