My Mind = My Stomach

I cannot get over how much I love food.  Thankfully, I am adventurous and have a passion for trying new things.  I made these roasted Roma tomatoes today.  I topped them with bocconcini, bread crumbs, olive oil, finely chopped garlic and crumbled blue cheese.  Yummy.

I finally tackled the dreaded clean-up of what I call the "funky garden"...
