Since it is Pink Thursday, I would like to send a shout-out to my Nana Smith. Nana underwent a single mastectomy in September and I have never seen a 76-year-old lady so spry and glowing after such a surgery.
My Nana is my everything, my rock and my best friend. I love you, Nana, and I am beyond grateful for having you here with me, with us. Keep smiling, laughing and doing what you do...being our matriarch and our shining star.
