Is It Just Me?

Now, I am no prude, but I was a little taken aback when I went to American Apparel online the other day.  Holy shizz.  I had to double check to make sure it wasn't a porn site!

Yup, I guess that t-shirt IS see-through.

Really?  Like, really?

Not the worst pose in the whole lot, but still...

Yeh, you kinda look like you're 14, chicklet.

Here's another that I didn't want to see...socks & buttocks.

Anyhoo, it's been awhile since I posted, so I thought I'd get back into gear with a cranky post.  But, on the contrary, I have been lovin' life...creating, loving the recent warm weather and the signs of new life that I see popping up in the garden.  I will be sure to post more of that tomorrow.

clearly not respecting the whole and value of the woman...I like that American Apparel creates their clothes in the US (rather than off in a foreign land for cheap labor), but these ads make their models look like cheap labor.

At some point they went off the rails, not quite sure when that was, but I'm not into the whole AA thing even though they probably have the only fair wage factory in Downtown L.A.
