Make this soup, please!

Trevor is a fabulous cook. He may not admit it, but he rocks. He really does. I love how he just goes to the store, gets all the ingredients and gets to work. All excited to create something. And he does a damn good job of it!

So, because we're both feeling rather under the weather as of late, he decided to whip up some yummy cheddar and potato soup. Furthermore, Trev travelled to Regina a week or so ago and discovered a variation of this soup in a restaurant called Beer Brothers.

What you'll need:
  • Garlic Plus seasoning
  • 2 boxes of chicken stock/broth (you'll probably use 1.5 boxes)
  • 3-4 cups of chopped, bite-size washed red potatoes (with skin on)
  • 3 cans of Campbell's cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 cups of milk
  • ground pepper to taste

In a large saucepan, boil the chopped potatoes in the chicken broth. Add Garlic Plus seasoning. Once potatoes are cooked, add the cheddar cheese soup and milk and pepper. Serve it up! Yum!

Make it and let us know what you think!
