*gasp!* I have been tagged...by...THE CLAW!

I have been tagged to complete, in full, an insightful questionairre by the lovely Sherri at The Claw. But before I began this procedure, I had to read her latest post on backfat and things you do not want to hear from your child. Sherri, you keep me entertained daily! Thank you so much!
Here we go!

What is your current obsession?
Kinda with Sherri on this one...I would looooove to be in super tip-top shape, like I used to be. I am thinking that with this downtime it's a great time to start. My other obsessions include: tea, guerilla gardening, turning jeans not usually worn into chic cut-offs (are cut-offs ever really "chic", though?) and these boots:

Who was the last person you hugged?

I was going to say my husband, but it was really my dog! Oh, right. Person. Yah, then it would be my hubby. (Disclaimer to the photo of my mutt below: this animal was not harmed in anyway during the taking of this photo, or anything for that matter...she just makes it look that way.)

What’s your favorite dinner?

Breaded pork tenderloin with tomato sauce (oh, and that's fried, by the way!), Yorkshire puddings with lots of yummy brown gravy, poutine made with homemade fries and real cheese curd, pork souvlaki with Greek salad...I could go on and on...I am such a foodie.

What was the last movie you saw in the Theatre?

Eeeks. I really don't recall this. Um. Yah. I need to pass on this one.

What was the last thing you bought? (to wear)

Cargo capris...the baggy-style ones...great for sunny days of unemployment!

What are you listening to right now?

Since the windows are open, I hear the bustling sound of traffic on the nearby QEW. Probably suckers doing work-related stuff. And Cecilia is snoring lightly behind my chair.

What is your favorite weather?
Warm late spring weather. The kind where you can sit out on the deck comfortably and it's not stifling hot, with a beer in hand and the BBQ going.

Tea or Coffee?

I am ALL about tea. This is a great one. With milk. And lotsa sugar!

What did you want to become as a child?

A veterinarian, a marine biologist, a supermodel, oh...and a funeral director. Yep, that's right. A funeral director. I will save this story for another post!

If you could go anywhere in the world for the next hour, where would you go?

Australia. Hands down.

Who do you want to meet in person?

I would have loved to have met Audrey Hepburn. Such style, grace, talent and humanitarianism.

I would also love to meet: Cate Blanchett, Rachel McAdams, Margaret Atwood (I have only met her very briefly...wow), Paul McCartney and Stella McCartney. I would also jump at the opportunity to meet some of the fabulous personalities I have connected with through blogging...such outstanding talent and wit.

What is your most challenging goal right now?

Dealing with being at home all the time and wanting to start a family.

What is your weirdest obsession?

I am sure there are plenty, but the ones that come to mind are pretty typical...I think. I do not like to go too long between haircolours (holy gray, Batman!). Oh, and I am a picker. I come from a long line of pickers. There was never a zit that I have backed down from. Yup, that's a weird obsession.

Why did you start a blog?

I love this question! Well, because I love to create and craft and am specifically interested in indie crafting, I was "Googling" one day and came across this blog and this blog. I was hooked. Not only were you able to learn another's craft, but about their lives. It was nice to know that I was not the only one that shared the same thoughts or life events. I started my own blog because of that, and now I am thrilled that I have because it really has become part of my daily fabric. I have met some fantastic people across the world...how amazing is that?!

What's your blog about (give me the 2-3 sentence elevator pitch)

switz~art is about the good things in life, as I see it. I have yet to really use it to vent, but I have been tempted, and I am certainly not going to say "never"! And trust me, I have plenty to vent about!

Which blogs are you obsessed with at the moment?

Ooh, this is a toughy. There are so many that I read frequently, but the ones that I do try to catch up on, on a daily basis are:

LALA dex press

Beccame.com

1017

IndianaBlue

The Catbird Nest

Curious Bird

and of course...

The Claw!

What is your dream job? (realistic or unrealistic)

I would honestly love to create my beaded jewellery for a living and own my own unique boutique. I would love to be a stylist or a professional organizer...but only for nice people. Not spoiled-ass celebrities.

Who is your favorite designer at the moment?

I follow, but I don't give into having to wear a certain designer. Let's face it, I am just a regular gal who is really partial to thrifting and vintage, H&M and Joe Fresh. But, I really love Stella McCartney and have followed her career from the get-go. I am adoring Kate Towers' amazing designs, oh and Built by Wendy.

What's your favorite brand of jeans?

The blog Odds & Sods has THE best description of my favourite jeans: please read here.

One thing that you would snitch out of someone's closet, with no regrets?

A Lululemon hoodie, without a doubt. They cost a bloody fortune, but they are simply THE best sweatshirt ever.

What designer piece of clothing would you most like to own? (new or vintage)

Not sure about the designer thing, but I am unconditionally in love with vintage jackets.

Whew! Thanks, Sherri for the tag and I hope you had the chance to bathe.

I am tagging the following peeps:

OOH, an organizer for non-spoiled-ass celebs, good choice!
I had to confess to my mom about the antibiotics (via e-mail, I've lost my voice in process) + I got a long ass e-mail about how I should have consulted her, I should have done this + that. 37 years without an antibiotic in my body! I'm feeling better, but bad at the same time.

Ok I want those boots!!! What kind of thing do you wear them with? Guerilla gardening! You are awesome! Honestly your two blog inspirations have been big inspirations of mine too, Curious bird being the newer of the two. P.S. Thanks for the Jane kittie love, she is very important to me. I think I am going to have to add you to my Reader subscription... You can count me in as a frequent visitor. It was wonderful to have met you Amy!

Hi Amy!

Thanks peeps!! Yay!
I should have also added that those boots are from Toms Shoes (I was inspired to go to the website from Becca (Beccame.com) and the bonus is that for every pair of shoes purchased, they give a pair of shoes to those in need.

I HAVE purchased my TOMS, but they are the wrong size. I mailed them back yesterday for a size up. I happened to look at the website today and they have restocked the ones I REALLY wanted so I think I am going to try and call and have them change the shoe as well. I hate being the one complicating things. :)
