Fab Friday!

Happy Friday, peeps!

I can sadly report that I did not make peanut butter marshmallow butterscotch squares today because my local supermarket, which is the supermarket of the world in my opinion, did not have any butterscotch chips! What?! Tomorrow I will venture out to see if the next local store has 'em. I really hope so! I did, however, whip up some heart-attack-spaghetti sauce: bacon, hot Italian sausage and mild Italian sausage in a spicy red pepper sauce. That paired with Barilla pasta (the best store-bought pasta EVER!) will find its way into my belly at some point.

So, with no photos of my own personal happenings today, I leave with you with one funny vid and one cute one.

I have mentioned Mitch Hedberg before...hilarious, hippy-type comedian. Mitch has since passed (2005, I believe) but his comedic ways live on. Please click the pic for a taste of one of his stand-up performances:

I just love model and fellow Canuck, Coco Rocha. She's funky, talented (a trained Irish dancer) and it appears she has super sense of humour. Click on the pic below for a vid of her and her Dad hamming it up to the Jungle Book song. I loved it...reminded me of something my Dad and I would do. Actually, her Dad looks an awful lot like mine!

Coco also has her own blog. To check it out, head on over here.

Happy Weekend!

I can't remember if I mentioned to you before, but we were lucky enough to have met Mitch Hedburg and his wife one night in Raleigh. We ended up giving them a ride to their hotel after one of their shows (she does stand-up too), they were really nice. That spaghetti sounds amazing!

No you didn't! Sherri that is awesome! His widow is actually a Canadian comic. He was a real hoot...too bad some let go to their addictions. I can't imagine...
